Wholesale Buying & Business Terms

Aliwala is a strict business-to-business (B2B) wholesale network. We do not sell loose items or single products meant for home use. All stock items are pre-packed in factory cases, cartons, or bundle boxes.

• Minimum Invoice Value: Your bill must total at least ₹2,000 (including GST) to confirm an order manifest for dispatch.
• No Loose Quantities: Items must be ordered in full wholesale lot counts (e.g., box of 20 pens, cartoon of 40 registers). Custom split cartons are not permitted.
• Order Edits: Once a purchase invoice generates and moves into our physical packaging stack, no items can be subtracted or changed.

To secure your legal Input Tax Credit claims under Indian tax rules, you must enter a valid, active business GSTIN during checkouts.

• Automatic GSTR-1 Uploads: All trade sales manifests are locked, filed, and posted into our systems. Tax details pass automatically to the government network by the 11th of every month, popping into your GSTR-2B ledger block cleanly.
• Name Match Rule: The business trading title filed in your Aliwala card registry profile must completely align with the information listed on your government identity card.
• B2C Fallback: If a buyer files an incorrect or closed tax registration code, the payment converts to standard retail tax rules, and no input rebate returns can be claimed later.

We dispatch bulk cargo directly from centralized industrial warehouse docks across the country using professional logistics partners.

• Free Freight Bounds: All business orders with a billing total above ₹999 qualify for free transport loading and delivery directly to your trading address.
• Local Entry Fees: Local entry taxes, border tolls, or municipality collection charges (*Octroi* / town entry fees) must be cleared directly by the buyer at the target unloading site.
• Unloading Access: The merchant must ensure that local delivery tempos, vans, or freight transport trucks have clear, authorized road entry to approach their shopfront or storage dock gate.

Unlike retail channels where customers change their minds, wholesale bundles do not support general change-of-mind returns. We offer full protection strictly for manufacturing flaws, broken boxes, or stock mismatches.

• 7-Day Verification Window: Merchants must audit their stock bundles and check case conditions within 7 calendar days of transport arrival to register a return claim ticket.
• Video Proof Anchor: For wet paper boxes, punctured carton linings, or leaking pens bulk logs, you must document a basic unboxing video clip showing the damage as the cargo opens.
• Credit Note Settlement: Approved claims generate a swift replacement dispatch or drop a direct credit note adjustment entry into your company account wallet within 48 business hours.

To keep operational system latencies close to zero and protect our competitive wholesale prices from third-party loan interest spikes, all transactions run through instant digital rails.

• No Cash-On-Delivery (COD): Cargo transport vehicles and third-party delivery dispatchers are strictly restricted from accepting offline cash collections.
• Authorized Banking Channels: Payments must complete using Net Banking, verified UPI channels, business credit cards, or direct corporate NEFT/RTGS wire options.
• Ledger Balances: Any excess settlements resulting from order changes drop safely into your permanent digital passbook wallet to clear future inventory invoices instantly.

All catalog inventory, product images, brand slogans, and design tokens loaded inside the Aliwala frontend ecosystem belong strictly to Aliwala Stationers Pvt. Ltd. or our direct brand manufacturers (e.g., ITC Classmate, Luxor, Reynolds).

• Title of Goods: Product batch titles and physical ownership remain strictly with Aliwala until our payment processor logs a successful bank handshake.
• Reselling Guidelines: Merchants are completely authorized to resell the stock items at their independent local retail prices, provided they don't modify the manufacturing brand labels.
• Jurisdiction Anchor: Any unresolved trade issues or transactional ledger conflicts scale to legal review paths bound to local courts in Pali, Rajasthan.
